Items to bring:

~AT LEAST ONE NEW KID'S WINTER COAT FOR THE OPERATION HOMEFRONT COAT DRIVE!

~bars, shakes, snacks, bottled water (better to be prepared and pack these items....bottled water is expensive and snacks, bars, and shakes are essential during the training segments)
~dress in layers (they keep it cool!)
~a journal or notepad so you can remember the trainings and take that information home and study it and apply it to you business. (your memory might be better with Spark, but it's not that good! :))
~comfortable shoes, clothing due to a lot of walking/sitting. Most sessions are business casual, but you will see all ranges of attire.
~if you received your name badge in the mail prior to leaving, BRING IT!
